A Dollop of Sour Cream

I'm not much into spicy food. I have recently discovered that if a meal is just a tad too spicy for me, I can put sour cream on top and make it not just palatable, but wonderful. This blog is devoted to doing the same for life.




I should be writing my final paper for Theology 3, But first I had to decide what I am making tomorrow (when I've got a day off work) and in searching, I found a great article called The Ketchup Conundrum"

It also offers explainations for why MSG is used in so much, and why children stop trying new foods. Looking around the site, there are other great articles there if I just had time to stop and read.

I wonder what this has to say about my liking of switching from sugar water to lemon water and back when at home.
